At the advent of the New Year my mind expands with joy to Greet your goodself, your family members and friends and wish all His Blessings culminating in ATAM GYAN. What is this ATAM GYAN ? GOD-Generator, Operator and Destroyer of the whole Universe has made provision in the body of every human being to become conscious of that Divine Spiritual Energy which operates his body machine and the whole Universe at the same time by cycling it through his spine to the top of his head. Like steam, it rises above circling through various centres. Upto the heart centre its rise is automatic but it can not pass through the throat centre without meditation. When blocked, it makes the whole body abnormal, disturbing the level of blood pressure, sugar, cholesterol, heart beat etc. Then the remedy is either to lower the production of energy by not taking the energy producing eatables suggested by doctors; or direct the energy to pass through the throat centre by meditation suggested by the saints. Thus, becoming conscious of this energy one can fill one’s life with health, wealth, peace, prosperity and bliss. For this God’s Grace, I urge you to do “Meditation in Action and Wonderful Spiritual Exercises” developed and practised by me quite Free to all. By doing these, one actually becomes conscious of one’s rare body which generates might, light, peace, purity, love, bliss and knowledge and one’s enlightened self finds itself one with the whole Universal Existence like my vibrating with ever new joy in every new moment.
The world has seen the vast destruction of plants, birds, animals, human beings, all animate and inanimate things — the very existence by the use of two small Nuclear Bombs in the second World War. To save the creation in which the Creator Himself is present appeals through the divinity in me to all heads of governments who possess these dangerous Nuclear weapons particularly of USA who first developed and used these and is far advance than others in the power of destruction and to whom God has also blessed with wealth and technology to better serve the existence and preserve it, to please ensure that these are not used by them out of fear, hatred, revenge or despair and also that these do not fall in the hands of terrorists who can use them. This should be their sacred duty towards the creation and the Creator to use this technology only for the welfare of the whole humanity.
For this, I have already offered my Free Services to the whole human race to keep themselves fit both physically and mentally by learning the above Spiritual Exercises which will enable them to see things in the right perspective and take right decisions. Here is my INVITATION to each and every one to come here or call me to impart this knowledge of keeping both mind and body sound till the last breath Quite Free of any charges and after learning spread this knowledge to others.
To keep yourself free of any fear, hatred, ill-will, tension or depression, I give your goodself a six point formula very much effective if practised daily.
Early in the Morning when you get up, see six things in addition to others which you already do to keep up your personality. These are:
1. Smiling Profile (Showing contentment in the will of God)
2. Kind Look (Showing compassion to serve the needy)
3. Generous heart (showing desire to give and serve others in stead of receiving and being served by others.
4. Tranquil mind (Showing peaceful mind taking work as worship and duty as prayer to God unmindful of the results).
5. Spine erract
6. Deep breathing
Watch throughout the day for how long you preserve and depict this in your person. The result will be surprising and joyful day by day. You will become a centre to spread health, peace and bliss to all who come in contact with your goodself, be it relation, friend or foe, country men or foreigners, Saint or sinner, plant or animal. Your outlook and personality will expand to contain all in your joyous smile like a flower’s fragrance and make every house and every country worth living.free of any disease,voilance & corruption. TO make you understand this Spiritual Knowledge, “to know thyself” and your relative existence with the whole Universe as ONE, here is the story of a Drop of Water who met a Seer and asked “What am I ?” He was surprised to know from the seer that ocean is made up of the same stuff as he is. He went to meet the sea and when he met him, he lost his name and form and became ocean. Then he met a researcher and came to know that the clouds and snow are parts of him. Not only this he is the very life of plants, animals, birds and human beings. He quenches their thirst and saves them from fire. NO body can remain alive without him. Then he met another researcher and came to know to his surprise that he is heat, fire and light also because he is made up of Hydrogen which burns and Oxygen which helps burning. All heat and light of the sun is due to its disintegrating there like Hydrogen bombs. Then he met another researcher and came to know that he consists of Electrons, Protons & Neutrons of which each and every thing is made of. In the end he met a Saint and came to know that the source of all these three is the ONE and only Omnipresent ONE called God, Allah, Bhagwan, Waheguru, Parmatma, call Him with whatever the name you like. He is always one and will remain one till eternity.
